System Access

Signing in

To access the SAP application you need a SAP account. Any administrator within your organisation can create an account for you. When the account is created SAP will automatically email the credentials to you.

Note that the user name in the credentials in case-insensitive while the password is case-sensitive.

SAP can be accessed via any modern browser at http://www.coherent-research.co.uk/SAP.

You will be presented with sign-in page and you can enter your credentials.

Resetting password

If account is locked out for any reason you can reset it from the sign-in page. This will cause a new random generated password to be emailed to you.

Changing password

Once signed-in you will be able to change your password by clicking on your name in the top-right corner and following Change password.
