Managing Gateways

The Gateways page is used to view information for an organisation's gateway. By default the gateway table will show all gateways.

Gateway Table

Each gateway shows:

  • Name: Unique name of the gateway
  • Status: Shows the current status of the gateway, e.g. if it is Online, Offline etc.
  • IP Address: Local IP of the machine the Gateway is installed on.
  • Port Range: Available TCP ports (e.g., 8000-8999)
  • Software: The version for Gateway software.

Filtering and searching

It is possible to filter by name, IP address or software version by typing it (or part of it) into the filter box.

In addition it is possible to filter device by Type and Status by selecting them from the appropriate lists.

Gateway details

By clicking on a gateway in the table the user will be taken to the gateway details page.

The details page consists of the following tabs.

Gateway Information

All gateway information.

Sites with Access

Lists all sites that the Gateway has permission to access.

Configuration History

Lists all user actions performed on the gateway.

Status Changes

Lists all recent status changes of the gateway to assist troubleshooting.
